Most of the time clients are so excited they want to write us a check and get going on the project.  We encourage them to take some time and think about what we’ve proposed.  Drawings are easy to change-  after it’s all built the drawings are still easy to change but it costs a lot more to change your house.  You’re under no obligation to go any farther.
